There’s several ways you can book with me! If you haven’t seen it already, I have a page on my website titled “Book With Me” where you will be directed to fill out an information form, and I will contact you from there!
Additionally, you can also schedule an appointment by contacting me directly by phone. Text message is preferred, but if you choose to call and I am unable to answer please leave a voicemail!
I am typically able to get back with you in 1-2 business days.
How do I schedule an appointment?
This is a tricky one! If it is a small add-on service such as a haircut or eyebrow wax being added on to a color service, then yes!
However, adding a color service on to a haircut day of is not typically feasible.
Please be aware that the addition of any service to an already booked service is at my discretion and depends on time allowance.
Can I book extra services while I'm at the salon?
Great question! I like to think that I specialize in dimensional colors and short haircuts.
But, I love doing pretty much all things color, and haircutting, as well as hair health and educating my clients in such!
Do you specialize in any services?
I received my cosmetology education from Paul Mitchell the School Tulsa in Tulsa, OK.
Per the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology, I have completed the required 1500 credit hours in order to sit for the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology certification exams.
After certification I pride myself in participating in continuing education classes yearly to keep up with current trends, new techniques, etc.!
Where did you receive your cosmetology education from?
I accept cash, cards, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and Zelle.

What is your pricing policy?
Absolutely! I offer both digital and physical gift certificates.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Prices are as listed on my service menu, but subject to change. In the event of a price change, clients will be notified prior to their appointment with ample notice.
Price increases are relatively common in the industry due to increase in product cost as well as additional experience/knowledge/education gained over time.

What is your cancellation policy?
I allow 15 minutes for late arrival before an appointment is marked as no show. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time I can still conduct your service, but as courtesy to other clients and out of respect for my time, the service will have to be adjusted to fit within the allotted time as I see fit.
If you arrive outside the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment your service will have to be rescheduled.
Frequent late arrival may result in no longer being able to schedule you.
Do you accommodate late arrivals?
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your service, I will do everything within my power to fix anything you may be unhappy with.
However, you must contact me within 7 days of your service letting me know you are dissatisfied.
From there I will schedule a follow-up appointment where we will discuss anything and everything in detail.
What if I'm unsatisfied with my service?
Yes, I retail most items that I use in the salon!
This includes shampoo, conditioner, at-home treatments, styling products, etc.
If I am out of stock on a particular product you are wanting, I am typically able to get it to you within a week of ordering. The same goes for products that I do not typically use/carry in the salon.
Do you retail products?
CAN I BRING A GUEST/CHILDREN TO MY
APPOINTMENT?
My salon asks that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment if at all possible.
We do understand special circumstances and that life happens, so if you have to bring someone else along please give me a heads up!
